I'm pretty good with tools and have installed one water heater before. For me the whole job turned into a total nightmare. After been without hot water for an embarrassing length of time I gave up and called this 100 year old company. The technician named Rod came in and the job was completed in record time. Rod was not only very knowledgeable but also gave a detail explaination of the problem.  The bill was very responsible. Any plumbing problem I have in the future is now a no brainer who to call. I give my best recommendation to Borkenhagen Plumbing & Heating. Thanks Rod!

The Borkenhagens have been our "go to" plumbers for over 15 years now and have always been great to work with. Honest, reliable, and knowledgeable, they have worked to keep our plumbing systems up and running at 3 different houses over the years. We highly recommend them!

Rod and Roddy are very professional and capable of replacing/repairing anything plumbing related. They have replaced much of the plumbing in our house: secured all pipes to keep from vibrating; replaced sewer pipes inside and out; replaced waffle-type dryer vents with solid metal vents; replaced two laundry tubs; replaced 5 toilets; bathroom fixtures; dishwasher, and much more. The work they did was fine very well done. The problem was being billed for two workmen. Was told two were needed to remove old equipment. My wife could have carried it out so one man would have been enough. Pretty big misunderstanding, was given fair discount on our bill. I guess better than nothing. Make sure you know everything up front.Did receive a call later and Borkenhagen was understanding and we came to an acceptable agreement. They did make a good effort to make sure everything was ok.
