Clarion Hotel Milwaukee Airport

Stayed at this hotel when I was on vacation a while back and had a double charge on the credit card on file which usually wouldn't be an issue but it caused some problems because it forced me to use my personal debit card. I would still use this hotel because it's very clean.

dont know why people are posting reviews this hotel has been closed for 4 months stop with the bs especially that one guy jim brown giving this hotel a bad rep when it closed.

Saw reviews were horrible for this place and was very nervous as our group had 6 rooms reserved for this trip. Rooms were ok overall maintenance and cleanliness were poor, pool and bar are closed and grounds outside was dirty- small trash not picked up and weeds. Day staff was good but 3rd shift guy was terrible- they had double booked a room and he would not put our friends in another room for the night, he insisted that the only way to resolve was to rent another room and work it out next day. If this sounds ridiculous to you it definitely was. When he told him he needed to get him a room now he threatened to call police friend encouraged him to do so as this room has been paid for in advance and he just wanted what he paid for. He had given our friends a key to the room and there was other guys stuff in room, that's how double booking was discovered in beginning of this ordeal. After 2 hours of trying to get into a room for the night our friend had to go elsewhere for the night. UNACCEPTABLE.
