Great turnaround from previous management. This comment below makes me wonder how friendly the customer who wrote it was being to the wonderful staff at this location. You will not be disappointed in the staff or service here. Two thumbs up from me, and I will be back! Thank you Brandon!

Whoever the GIRL is with the pop bottle glasses needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY! Everything I asked her she responded with an attitude. I was going to treat her but I let it go and went to T Mobile down the road!!! I will be calling to report her to whomever the supervisor is! No wonder the store got robbed, ha ha!!

An experience so bad, it was almost funny. Except then it got worse. We stopped in to upgrade an android phone and add another line/new phone to our plan last weekend and were helped by a trainee. She was trying, but clearly should not have been handling transactions like this. Her supervisor, Brandon H, only seemed to be paying attention when he sensed an upsell opportunity. He mentioned a trade-in promo on a more expensive phone than I was looking but, but with the $500 credit, would've been a good deal. He then proceded to stand by and watch while the trainee failed to enter the transaction properly so the credit was not applied. Not yet knowing this, we moved on to getting an additional line/phone for my daughter while my data was transfering. Apparently they could not access a vault where the phone we wanted for her supposedly was, so we had to wait nearly 15 minutes for the time lock to reset, only to find out the box for that phone was empty. We were going to look elsewhere, but Brandon H was pretty sure he could find what we wanted. He brought back a different, slightly more expensive model, and we decided it would be worth that price difference not to have to come back to this store. The trainee helped us pick out a case and screen protector, the latter of which cost more than $40. We initially declined, but she mentioned the warranty on the protector, which would guarantee free unlimited replacements in store if broken - no questions asked. That, we thought, would be worth it for a kid's phone. So we bought one for hers and one for mine (which was just finishing the data transfer). After installing the protectors on both new phones, the trainee asked Brandon what she should do to process my trade in. Brandon looked as though he was having sudden, painful gas when he realized she had missed that step. I actually felt bad for him while watching listened over the next hour and a half as he tried multiple calls and transfers to find an easy fix for this mistake. And it was a little amusing to see a cellular company employee dealing with the same frustrating procesd the rest of us have endured on such calls. My empathy evaporated when it became clear his mounting frustration had more to do with the inconvenience to him than me and his goal was to get me out of the store (and his hair)as soon as possible. Ultimately he convinced someone to send me a box so I could mail the phone back to them, assuring me the credit would be applied once processed. Fast forward a week and my screen protector has a crack in it (apparently from temporarily sharing a pocket with my wallet). We're near the T-mobile store, so we stop in to get it replaced. The manager looks up our account and informs me we aren't eligible for the T-mobile warranty we were sold because technically we are still Sprint customers (despite having new T-mobile sims). When I recount the circumstances under which we were sold the protectors, she acknowledges that, if we were promised the warranty, we shouldn't have been, but says there is nothing she can do for us. Brandon happens to be working and - up to this point - pretending not to recognize me. Eventually he admits he had overheard the erroneous promise and coached the trainee afterward not to do that again. I ask if he thinks that makes what happened okay. "People make mistakes," he says and I agree, but add that, when those people are representing a company and the mistake is effectively false advertising, rectifying those mistakes becomes the company's responsibility. The manager, apparently embarrassed that this is happening in front of other customers agrees to replace the screen protector "this one time," as if she is doing me a huge favor. I have very little faith at this point that, when I send in my old phone, I will actually receive the credit I was promised. I know I'll never get back the three hours I've spent with Brandon H and his clown car of incompetent, ethically challenged colleagues at the 27th St. T-mobile store in Milwaukee. Way to make a legacy Sprint customer feel welcome, guys!
