        After AT&T scammed me out of a lot of money, I decided to switch to Cricket. I came into the store, and Janine helped me. She was helpful, prompt, and empathetic. I got in and out in 15 minutes, didnt feel pressured to buy anything, and my phone works fine. Definitely recommend anyone who feels dissatisfied with their current cell service to come here

        I'd give 0 stars if possible.Just go to the store on 27th and National, they will actually help you there. Update: I tried to give this location another chance, big problem. They couldn't even shovel the snow and ice out of the parking lot. They need to be fined from the city because that is a hazzard and totally unsafe
