Appraisal based on last sold property in the area, not actual quality of property. Appraised my property EXACTLY at the same price that another property sold at 8 months ago. Only comparables were: year built and square footage. My updates had far better quality and also did not have water damage in the bathroom like the other property. How can they be appraised EXACTLY the same when there were big differences? Especially water damage! Glad you wasted someone else's money to look at Zillow or other reports. Anyone can look up that information and do an appraisal. Insulting!
