I have lived here for a little over a year I remember when I used to look like a 1989 and 1990 and to see how the reviews and it been revised and restructured And typically a nice place to live my neighbors and I genuinely get along they are no disputes no neighbor wars but we are big family and at the end of the day even when I move we will be the best friend I can’t speak on the staff because the staff has changed since I’ve been here the housekeeping has stopped and maintenance is still 24 hours . I also can say they work with you they know times are hard with COVID-19 they know situation is happening but they are compassionate and understanding and they will support you so if you decide to live in Jackson Square, Apartments all you have to do is become a part of the solution not the problem and you wereWell enjoy your time as a tenant as I have

I just called to inquire about the apartments, ask questions, the gentlemen was RUDE, trying to rush me off the phone, I asked did the have a waiting list? NO! I then asked will they at any point some availability? He breathe so hard I could hear him through the phone, so I said, I'm sorry to have interrupted your day,, I just needed a couple of questions answered. Then he hung up on me 🤔🤦.

I currently live here and the management team is very nice although extremely serious. Lance is an especially helpful resource for anything that tenants would need. I recently had an issue with water leaking from our ceiling, and not only was emergency maintenance prompt and kind, management knocked $200 off of my rent for the month for the inconvenience although it didn’t seem to be anyone’s fault. The neighbors here are quiet and mostly keep to themselves but are always pleasant in the elevator or laundry room. Overall I’m not sure why the google rating for these flats are so low because I’ve had a wonderful experience here. Truly my favorite apartment I’ve ever had.

Absolutely worst place to live in. Rude and lazy management who don’t do anything when you address a concern. We made several noise complaints and even called the police when a man came in the building without permission demanding money from a drug deal gone wrong. Drug and sex trafficking on our floor. We begged to get out of our lease and management failed to bat an eye. We’re hiring a lawyer to help us get out of this awful and dangerous environment. I have been chased on multiple occasions getting home from work. The cameras are never monitored. It’s not worth even a dollar to live here. Piss poor mangament I cannot stress that enough. Absolutely no respect. This slum lord it out to get his money and turns his back at every problem going on at the property.
