        I had a great experience living here. Carson was extremely professional, friendly, and understanding. This building is managed by a new company, which is why the bad reviews came from the previous owners. The renovations that are happening really vamp up the building and amenities.

        I have not had the chance to live here because I have not had a chance to view a unit. I have called and emailed countless times to make an appointment. The current building manager has sent only a few responses (after weeks of waiting for a response) and when she's responded, she has failed to answer the simple question as to when I can set an appointment to view the space and move forward. I have left voicemails, as the the recording instructs, but I never heard back. I'm still hoping to hear back, as it looks like a great space.
