Dr. Stephen Froehlich

Went here for a first time visit, we waited an hour without any explanation that there would  be a delay.  I indicated my son had severe anxiety about his tooth and he was tearful.  When he went back for xrays the dental assistant Mary told him to stop crying and KNOCK IT OFF.  Dr. Froehlich looked at his xrays, said he needed two teeth "wiggled out" then just walked away to see another patient.  Nothing was even explained to me about the the extraction; the costs, the problem, what to expect...thankfully my instincts told me to get out quick and glad we left after reading other reviews.

One star is kind. I took my son there after a dental accident,Dr. Steve pulled his front tooth then he wanted a follow up in 3 months, at the follow up he said my  son had 5 cavities I was suspicious considering he had regular dental check every 6 months. So I took him for a second opinion X-rays and all and no cavities parents beware!

Would never take another child there.  We went for a consult on a filling for my 5 year old.  In addition to trying to bill us for $89 in the future for restraining my son, Dr. Steve proceeded to tell me how to raise my child.  I am going to Small World in a few weeks.  Maybe they know how to PROPERLY deal with a child with ADHD.  I could just see this guy disciplining my child when I wasn't in the room...  ugh.  Not to mention Dr. Steve behaved like he was on something... at 830AM!
