Generations Family Dental

I have been going to generations dental for many years since dr molthen retired and I called this evening wanting to get one of my front teeth looked at as it appears to be a little loose and dont want to break it totally, was told by Jessie in a very unfriendly tone that the only time I could be seen would be 7am tomorrow and i work from 5 am until 230, so i would like to get this looked at and repaired asap so I can actually eat a sandwich or anything for that matter without worrying about my tooth breaking.We have not been pleased in recent visits at generations and have to find a dentist that cares about their patients, not just trying to make money off them and not being there when needed.very frustrating experience. Update: So, Dr. Maggie did get me in to be seen at 5pm , she did a great job and is an awesome dentist, however, I still miss the cozy feel of the menomonee falls office where you knew the entire staff and felt more like family instead of a stranger when going there.

Been going here for years. Everyone I have dealt with has made the experience pleasant. Hard to say when you are talking about a dentists office. :)
