I have been working with W-Steel for almost a year, and I am very happy with the product I buy from them. Their lead time is very good, the pricing is very competitive, and I love their excellent customer service approach!!! I'm not sure why D S gave them a bad review, maybe he was just having a bad day, which we are all entitled too.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are absolutely horrible and rude. Their associate that picked up the phone did nothing but insult us when we made an inquiry about their business. If you're looking for a decent honest business to work with look elsewhere these backwards people will insult and waste you time. And the associate involved will be reported.
