Extremely unprofessional company They have a owner who knows nothing except finance. They leave decisions up to a female whos only job shes ever had is there with the experience of a mad child. The HR guy total push over that will lie to you and that consistently messes over the pay roll. The guys on the floor are good but the office needs to be audit and shut down . They will give you a position just to string along . Nothing is up to code and they are far behind on there bills. The most craziest thing Ive seen there was a forklift getting repoed Go explain that one . If your a minority PLEASE dont apply and if you do watch for Ashley she will get your job gone with no explanation if she cant control you

One time they just didn't hand out paychecks. The HR guy fired someone for questioning why his paycheck was messed up. Their main buyer or product told the owner that he was running this company into the ground. They make you buy all of your tools for fixture welding. Second shift was a bunch of good guys and the lead was the only reason i even turned on my welder. They continuously lie to employees and don't incentivize in any way. They are not climate controlled, even though they say they are, the air quality is horrible. Nothing is ever updated. The shift premium is 25 cents. Steer clear, there are way better places

If I could give this company a grade it would be a D. Only because it hasn't failed yet. Pros: great group of guys to work with. Cons: Insert problem. They have it. Like the rest have said. Just stay clear. They ain't in it to win it.
