My family has resided here for almost 10 years. It's terrible to reside. They don't fix anything and you have really noisy neighbors. Lately, the lock safe doors are broken. There are people doing paraphernalia and nothing is done about it. These buildings were actually built in the 1940s NOT the 1990s. They should be condemned. There have had so many bed bug issues, fleas, cockroaches, picnic bugs, stink bugs galore, need I go on.. it is also NOT a SMOKE FREE environment as they say when management is gone. People speed through the parking lot and the police seem to always be here. If you have severe health problems, I would not advise this type of residence ever. If you make more than a certain amount for government housing, your rent will increase threefold every year you live here. We have been harassed and mistreated here for the last 5 years. We are finally getting out of here soon. They do not actually shampoo the carpets there is no padding underneath the carpeting the cupboards are fiberboard and they are shot. The electrical outlets are typically so worn out that the plugs won't stay in and that's an electrical hazard. The fans in the bathroom and in the kitchen do not work correctly and I'm pretty sure there's something wrong with all the gas lines in the apartment units.

wouldn't want to rent from them again they have BED BUGS there wouldn't trust that place at all

Do not rent from this place. Will not get deposit back no matter how clean the place is after you move out (and aparently their is a move out fee too). No upkeep or new appliances even though they raise the rent every year. Not to mention a mice problem. You can get a nicer place some where elce for the same amount you spend here.
