        My wife and I have used Towsley's for merchandise in our respective companies for many years. The service, quality and price were reasonable for a long time, until our accounts were turned over to Sam. He is unresponsive and unreliable. We've both shared our concerns on multiple occasions and he always has an excuse. Most recently, I placed an order on November 16th with no response. I followed up on November 22nd. Still no response. This is pretty consistent with how he's handled our accounts. With that said, we are both done with Towsley's.
