Fantastic service, wonderful products, and stress free! Truly the best spot for custom apparel. 10 out of 10, would recommend! Recently our company used Lakeshore Screen Printing for some company shirts. The company has used them in the past but I has just started at the company, in a new position, and had no clue what I was doing. One of my first projects was getting some new apparel for the company. Again, I had no idea what I was doing, I went through some records and found the old paperwork from Lakeshore. I called and was quickly directed to someone that could help me and we came up with a base of products we were interested in. I mostly communicated with Cheryl through email making this process stress free, Cheryl (and everyone I talked to or involved in the process) was AMAZING, she help me plan things out, pick out product, had great ideas for what I was looking for, get a website set up for ordering, and was super responsive tell we received our product. Everyone was super happy with everything and the work was flawless. I also want to point out the amazing customer service, because it was our first order we did one big order when we were going to have everyone order themselves, this will be how we do it next time but the company was covering some of the charges for everyone this time. So I did the big order, a little opps on my end but they quickly contacted me and we adjusted a few things and we quickly received our product. I messed up, and they made the process so easy and were so kind fixed the issue with one maybe two questions and understanding. I will be using them for any needs in the future and would recommend to anyone and everyone.
