The lead technician Ricardo Chavarria and his co-worker Luis were fantastic. They were very professional, arrived super quickly, and did phenomenal work. Ricardo deserves a ton of credit for everything he did on our project, he's the best!

After a sewage back-up, Certi-Dry (Ricardo Chavarria + Eric & Anna) got out to my home within a couple of hours on a Sunday eve and took care of the immediate mitigation needs (carpet removal, floor cleaning and sanitizing) that evening, as well as further remediation (drywall & vinyl removal) in the next 3-4 days. Thanks to their promptness there never was one whiff of any odor. Certi-Dry also did the rebuild and were terrific, although it was 5 months before it all was completed (due to an insurance adjuster who was not helpful and tried to treat the damage as water intrusion only rather than sewage). I am very grateful to Marco for his thorough management of the rebuild team. Marco gets 5 gold stars for sure, and David was a superb worker under Marco. Dave Meyer, the business owner, is easy to work with and was extremely helpful in advocating for me with the insurance adjuster.

For a moment just envision a water pipe bursting on the top floor of your home on a Saturday afternoon. When you attempt to shut off the water supply by the sink nothing moves. You run down two flights of stairs to shut the main water off. This is when the bad dream starts. There is water everywhere running down the walls, through electrical outlets, simply every place that the water can find. In my panic I dial the Certi-Dry phone number. I hear a very calm voice, Matt don't worry we will take care of you. He reassures me that he will make a call and call me right back. With in a moment my phone rings I hear the calm voice, "our team is on the way" . The lead tech will call you in a moment as he spoke those words my phone beeped. It was Connor another calm voice we are 10 minutes away. It was like magic two trucks appear outside my home. The team came in introduced themselves each one stated" I am sorry this happened to you, but we are here to help". They went to work as I sat on my coach in shock. Each step of the way Connor would explain what they were doing. They left my home on Saturday evening promising to return in the morning ( Connor also gave me his cell phone number in case I needed anything). Bright and early as promised they return on Sunday morning. Again the crew was polite and compassionate. My saga continued for days. Ricardo's team entered my home on Monday. Needless to say I was emotional due to the extensive damage. Ricardo's team was so kind to me as I cried myself silly. Each of them asked, "what can I do to help?" Concluding with "I know this is very difficult." At one point I was trying to repair a lock on my door ( nothing to do with the water damage). I was very frustrated. Ricardo walked over with his two crew members and said " Here let us help you" ( Yes, I cried) . The team has been here everyday cleaning the mess up. I can't express how grateful I am to all of the members of the Cert-Dry team. Each night when the team leader leaves he make sure I have his number just in case something might come up during the night. Today when the team had completed removing the drywall in my kitchen Louis cleaned my counter tops and polished the top of my glass stove. ( I mean really polished it). To top it all off I received a text from Matt, the knight in shining armor from Saturday, just asking how I was doing? (Really who does that? Amazing) To end my day I received yet another call from Jake. His young voice asking yet again "Is there anything else we can do to help?" I know this is a very long review but I wanted everyone to know that Certi-Dry is not just a company that comes to your home to preform a task. They are very kind compassionate individuals, not just one but all of them. As of this writing I have had contact with 12 members of the Certi-Dry family each of them greeted me with a smile, introduced themselves to me and stated we "got you". I am a single person with no one to really process this event with. However, this team definitely had me. I would have been lost without their help. In closing I just want to say that sometimes angels come in different forms in my case there were a team of angels under the name of Certi-dry. I am forever grateful for all of you.
