        STAY CLEAR! We signed a contract for Victor to add two bedrooms and a bathroom to our basement. He drilled holes through floor joists and failed to add insulation above the bedrooms and bathroom, something the contract specifically stated he would do. Other areas of poor work: cracked the urinal and had no follow up to switch it out, leaking tub drain, and leaking sink drain. He also repeatedly asked for advances to pay his crew. This job took twice as long as he estimated.
