I recently bought an investment property in Madison, but I live several hours outside of the area. Cold snap sent temps well below zero...I was worried I left the heat too low and pipes might be bursting, so I called Mikey - he returned my call within 30 min and arrived at the home within a couple hours. He patiently walked through the home while on the phone with me, until I was satisfied with his description of what he saw. I am grateful for his responsiveness and patience. I recommend this company.

We hired Mikey for a complete tear off, re insulate, and re shingle a home. They were very willing to meet and discuss the process of the job. We walked through the steps, processes, materials to be used, and modified the contract accordingly. Mikey and his team, led by Dustin, did a phenomenal job with our home about a year ago. We bought an 80 year old house and they were able to: Repair drywall and install trim in the basement Repair and install various floor tile-panel issues in the basement like around door transitions using leftover material from previous owner Repair a door frame Painting several walls with colors we chose from a store we chose (he said they did have a preferred store, but if the colors we want are at a different store, then that's what needs to be done! very friendly, did not feel pressured) Various fixed like the heating vents needed to be replaced, which also included drywalling And more! Pros: Friendly Did not attempt to upsell Affordable --- they came in above one competitor but below some bigger name remodelers Punctual Excellent communication throughout the several days they worked on our house MEGA EXTRA BONUS PRO We have a set of bay windows, but the openable windows on the end were sealed shut, maybe broken. The home inspector took a wild guess at $6k to replace the whole thing, probably can't repair. A window guy came by, said the same. A general handyman came by, said same thing but $5k. Dustin? "Hey, I think it's just the roller mechanism, want me to buy a $30 part and just see if I can play with it to get it to work? I won't spend more than a half an hour of labor. If it works, I can get another $30 part next time we take a trip to the store." You know he got it working. Dustin saved us a big chunk of change to have operational windows in our living room and was just friendly and clear about it the whole time. Cons: None that we encountered.
