I had the pleasure to have Thorne Heating (Chris) replacing my obsolete furnace. Before settle with him I inquired with at least 9 providers around since it was a major purchase. Thorne Heating not only gave me one of the best quotation but he provided the best warranty/labor warranty and they use one of the top rated furnaces! Chris, was meticulous on installation day, covering all surfaces and explaining everything at the end of the day. He followed up a week after inquiring about the functionality of the new furnace! Had 2 new furnaces and 2 new AC units installed. Great attention to detail, very high-quality work. Responsive in communication and professional to the T. Would definitely recommend Thorne Heating.
