Always loved this store and they can engrave just about anything and it comes out beautiful. Highly recommend.

Went in to get a braclet engraved , unaware that they do not do expensive jewlery due to the fact they do not want to pay for it of they mess it up ( The man working literally says he doesnt want to pay for it if THEY mess up). Other then the fact that the man said he wouldn't do it because of the cost of the braclet but he also told me it was not real gold it most defiently is I had it tested . I was insulted and disappointed they would not engrave because of the value of the braclet and unsatisfied with the way he spoke with me , very rude and sarcastic it just seemed like he did not want to work at all. Will not be back and will inform others not to go for multiple reasons.
