This location was probably the most unprofessional space Ive been in at a T-Mobile branchthey continually told me to call customer service (who had initially told me to go to the store). Then, after they could not figure out my account issues, berated me for not just coming into the store in the first place. It was really confusing and frustrating. One of the staff was so dismissive I initially thought he was joking. Also, they profess to be LGBTQIA friendly but misgendered me the whole time. It was terrible.

I'm a ex Sprint guy who migrated to T Mobile. The network seems very stable. The price is awesome. Should of migrated sooner. Thanks crew Lien Rd, Mad city.

The people working here went out of their way to help me with my issue. They even stayed late after closing. They deserve 5 stars. If you're in this area, these people are super helpful, friendly, and work hard to help resolve all of your issues. Update, I went back last night and again they stayed past closing to help me. The manager is very knowledgeable. He showed me where another T-Mobile expert had said I'd pay $10 for my tablet then entered me into the magenta tablet plan for $65 a month instead. I'll not go back to that person again. I'll be going to this location for all of my needs from here on out. They tell you straight and he gave me a ton of paperwork so I had concrete knowledge of what I'm paying for. I got a new phone and line, changed my tablet to a real $10 a month after discounts plan, and I am getting the tablet and the new phone for less per month than I paid for just data on the tablet. Thanks you guys!!! You helped me more than you know. I will be a loyal customer to you going forward from here on out.
