        Nice people, but frustrated with their approach to service. Having trouble with my Evinrude outboard after hitting ground. Can’t get cavitation beyond idle speed. I brought it to their service shop after explaining the issue. They looked it over, lubed it up and adjusted the throttle cable. Told me they trailer tested it in the river and it should be good to go. It’s not. Before I picked it up, I asked if they test drove it and they told me they didn’t have time for that. I predicted the problem would persist and sure enough, it has. Not the approach to quality control and service I expect from a service shop. Wasted my time and money.
