1. Lutheran Social Services staff take months to fix things 2. Management do not live in Madison 3. Lutheran Social Services staff give you market rate applications when you asked for section 8. 4. Lutheran Social Services staff bring their children to work. 5. Lutheran Social Services staff are very rude. 6. After notifying Lutheran Social Services staff about my water being cold it took Lutheran Social Services staff over 24 hours to get the hot water working. 7. Lutheran Social Services staff will tell you to pay them a transferring fee to move into a section 8 unit after they gave you the wrong application to begin with. 8. Lutheran Social Services staff will charge you a transferring fee that is not in your lease and say that it is. 9. Lutheran Social Services staff will not notify you if there is anything wrong with you section 8 applications such as a missed signature for over 30 days. You will most likely have to keep asking section 8 to figure it out as I did. 10. My yard and backyard has trash all over it from parties or trash cans and no one picks it up. 11. the community room is no longer. we are no longer able to use computers or print like when Revival Ridge first opened.
