Horrible service with caregivers that don't show up, even though scheduled to assist. Comfort Keepers does not live up to their contractual obligation. Now have terminated services with our elderly mother, giving 15 days notice but indicate they're only able to fulfill 4 of the 15 days? What? We live over 3 hours away! Thanks for putting our family in a bind!

Chuck and I have been using Comfort Keepers for seven years now. In the beginning, Linda came to help Chuck with his shower and other needs. Linda is like family to us. She always goes above and beyond what is necessary. As Chuck's condition required more services and more days, we contacted Management and they sent Dennis to us. He is a good match for Chuck and we're hoping he will continue, as it is working out very well. It is reassuring to know that as Chuck's condition requires more care, that Comfort Keepers will meet our needs and more. We definitely give 5 stars!

Comfort keepers is one of the best home care agencies I have used. The staff I currently have work very well with me and my family. They are a pleasure to be around and are Very hard working.
The staff I have at comfort keepers Really care about their clients not as a number but as a person. They do their best to provide consistent quality Care.
I am thankful to my in home staff for going above and beyond. They provide the care I need when I need it In a dependable, Respectful and professional manner.
All of my schedule request are heard, and they do their best to accommodate the times that work for me while keeping me with the same staff.
The one area to improve it would be scheduling, but I really do think they do the best they can.
Thankyou again to all my in home staff for your hard work and dedication. It is greatly appreciated.
