Grace is a really good company, run by amazing people, who do an amazing job. If you're looking for in home care, Grace would be a great choice. I've been a client of Grace since the company started, and Cyndi and Gwen have always been there for me, and have gone above and beyond.

Before I started with Grace, I was a lost, burnt out CNA. I worked at Gundersen Health System for almost 6 years and prior to that, a nursing home for 7 months. I decided to become a travel CNA after the 2nd wave of COVID that hit. I enjoyed traveling, but after I lost my best friend from domestic violence, I felt the need to be close to home. I decided to work at a nursing home that I was working in through my travel agency. I knew I needed change because I wasn't happy. I knew I didn't want to leave the nursing field all together because I loved caring for others. I came across Grace on Facebook, and thought "why not?". That was the best decision I could have ever made! At first I was so hesitant to start in-home care because it was a completely different pace and environment from that which I was use to. I've now been with Grace for 6 months and it is truly the best job I've ever had. If you feel scared or uncertain to take the leap from working in the hospital or nursing home, take my advice and take the LEAP!
