2 people in line in front of us and got both of their orders wrong and ours wrong too despite everyone waiting forever! Floor was disgusting, sticky and dirty. I wanted to leave but kids were screaming because they were so hungry as we had been on the road for a long time. God, I hope I didn't get food poisoning. This place is terrible. See the other bad reviews and go elsewhere!

Would give zero stars if possible. I go here alot as it is close to my house. Service is hit or miss. Not always the most competent people working. Had to wait 10+ mins for food on numerous occasions. Don't count on them being open past 9:30pm as they always close early to include drive thru with posted ours till 11pm.

If Google would let me post this without stars, this place wouldn't get any.
I was less than impressed the moment I parked my car. There is construction on the roads, the Mc Donald's that used to be right next door is closed, and last time I tried to stop in, the lobby was closed. This store is on the corner of not one, but two of only three ways to make it from one side of town to the other. There are still tons of people passing by this store, the main competition is literally a hole in the ground, and the business model this place adopts is to lock its doors to its customers?
So, I looked at the lobby door before I parked. There was no sign saying it was closed like there had been last time. However, there were three employees standing by the parking lot smoking cigarettes, who shouted at me when I got out of my car. Seems like the lobby was closed after all. They begrudgingly entered the building after they noticed the brief conversation I had with my family got us back into the car and headed towards the drive through.
"Order when you're ready" was the less than enthusiastic response that came through the speaker. We did, or rather, tried to order what we wanted. The shake machine was down, we were told. Fine, we got a soda. After looking at the screen and confirming it showed what we ordered, we pulled around and payed. When we got home, what was in our bag was not what we ordered. We checked over the ticket again, just to be sure, and it was correct. We were missing items we had paid for.
What little desire I had to do business with this store has evaporated. From now on, I'm driving to Onalaska and going to Mc Donald's when I want a burger and fries.

I came in with my daughter at a little after 10am we asked if we could get lunch the gentlemen behind the counter said yes we could it would be a extra 5 min wait. We waited and our food was up so I my self went to get it when I watched the girl behind the counter scoop up the fries and my onion rings she seemed confused and like she didn't know what she was doing than when I asked for some bbq for my daughter's chicken fries the last manager seemed as if I was running her day because I had asked for bbq sauce, and I do believe she was entitled to for her chicken fries when she put it on the tray she didn't just set them on the tray she slammed them there and I noticed that she had given me 1 bbq and 1 s.s sauce so I politely asked for a bbq and handed her the s.s sauce back she threw the s.s and slammed a bbq on my try and have gave me a go away or I'm gonna rip out ur eyes look we ordered medium-sized French fries and onion rings with our meals I got about 8 onion rings for a medium-sized so yes it's a good place to come to if you go threw the drive thru but I wouldn't go in the floors are sticky and the management is crap
