Burger King

Two things about this location. 1.) Waited over 20 minutes for cookies after getting the first part of my order when there were only two other people in the restaurant already eating. All while seeing the employees on their phone while waiting to finish. 2.) Gave them the code for free food on App. Their system was down, and they didn't honor it after attempting to put in the code at the register. Hopefully, the money they saved by not returning my points will give them a few dollars to stay in business since Burger King has been shutting down locations across this country.

I ordered French toast sticks, brought them home and they were raw in the middleslimy and doughy. I have ordered these multiple times in the past with no problems. I reached out to the location and the manager told me that they fry them for 1 minute and I can ask if I want them done more. Totally did not take responsibility and instead passed the issue back to me to remedy.
