This urgent care is awful. My family member was just seen there, his blood pressure was 199/95 and they did not even mention it. Just addressed the issue he was there for and let him leave. What 37 year old has a blood pressure that high and the doctor says nothing. Scary. Theyre going to let something bad happen to their patients and not even blink an eye.

Ask them to confirm you are getting what you scheduled. Also, it is a good idea to call your insurance while in the room before you let them run any tests or labs. Don't even tell them what's wrong without asking how they are going to input it into the system. I will be traveling for my medical care before I ever go back to a Mercy office.

My husband and I have always had good care at urgent Mercy North Janesville. PA Fitzgibbon is excellent in evaluating symptoms and care. All personnel friendly and compassionate! Thank you!

I personally liked my nurses, they were very kind through out each appointment and my doctor was always very helpful with any questions I had. The front deck ladies were also very nice.
