I was really impressed with Janesville Hearing. From my first phone call talking to Jackie to the first visit with Dr. Thayyil. This is the type of personal care I wish all doctor offices would provide. Dr Teresa is extremely thorough and very professional. I highly recommend the Janesville Hearing Team of Jackie and Dr. Thayyil.

Recently upgraded my 7 yr old aids with 2 Resound One Receiver in the Ear aids - amazing improvement in clarity and receiving phone calls directly into my aids is great. Dr Emily Steffel was very attentive to my needs and questions. She was very proficient using the Resound software to 'tune' the new aids for me. Many years ago I had gone to other providers who were anxious to fit me with new aids but then either didn't understand the intricacies of how to program or didn't take the time to truly customize for my needs. Very happy with the entire experience and highly recommended!

My husband, Bruce is the one who just received new hearing aids from Janesville Hearing. This is his review of his experience. "A short time ago I purchased a set of new " insert style" hearing aids from Janesville Hearing. Doctor of Audiology, Teresa, helped me through the entire process. She is extremely knowledgeable, very motivated, and a delight to work with. This past Monday, I stopped in again and she reprogrammed the aids more to my liking. She also programmed an App on my phone which allows me to control the aids, enabling me to better hear my phone conversations even in my noisy farm equipment. It's GREAT!! Dr Thayyil was great to work with. Made us comfortable and was very confident. She fit Dan with great hearing aids. She is very accommodating and knows her stuff!
