If you're a potential renter, I would steer clear of CVPM. Especially if you're looking for a long-term place you can call home, and not student housing. I leased one of their rental properties for a year and was disappointed with their lack of interest in maintaining the property. From bird droppings covering the garage entrance, landscaping that's never maintained, clogged gutters, mold on the outside of the building, a filthy entryway, and a dirty, unusable patio area, it's not a place I could be proud to show friends and family. Yet they didn't hesitate to increase my rent when it came time to renew my lease. This is not a property I would consider student housing, yet they treat it like it is. No thanks, I guess I'll keep looking.

They will try to get you to submit a non refundable security deposit before showing you the lease. Very sketchy.

I have had the pleasure of working with CVRE on a couple of occasions and would highly recommend them for any and all of your real estate needs. Patrick has provided a significant amount of value on the residential side, and his knowledge of the market is incredibly strong. I once recommended CVRE to a friend of mine who was planning to sell two rentals. He came back to me a week later and told me they were both sold! Those are the results that make a person feel good.
