In 2022 we decided to sell our home in Greendale WI and return to the Northwoods. David assisted us in finding a new home in St. Germain and with some negotiations for both our sale and purchase. We also sold two additional properties with him in the past year. There are a select few people that have been truly transformative for our family. David Eliason is on that short list for us. He is extremely knowledgeable about real estate, the local markets, a consummate professional and always has a positive life is good attitude!

Go with your gut during challenging times. Dont expect your agent to know! I lost 30,000 on my sale because I sold six weeks sooner than my neighbor whos unit was an interior unit and sold for 27,500 more. I wanted to wait, but felt pressured to put on the market before anyone else. In addition, my agent wasnt sure what to list our home for, so he relied on us to determine the list price (we arent real estate agents) . Lost at least 30,000:-(

Like most people, we were not looking forward to the process of selling our home. We had lived in it for over 20 years and had already left the area for 2 years. Being our first home to sell, we were unfamiliar to the process and didn’t even know where to start. Because we were located in the vacation land area, we decided to try Eliason Realty as we had seen quite a bit of advertising all over the state and we thought it would be the right fit for us and hopefully give us the results we were hoping for.
From the day that we walk into the Eliason office, we were impressed by the customer service of the agent we were given. We walk into the office without an appointment and instantly we were taken care of. We explained our situation to Marc White and that same day he toured the home and began the process. This is what we needed as we need to leave the state the very next day.
Even though we were hundreds and sometimes thousands of miles away, Marc and Amber's communication was over and above expectation. When we had questions, they were always available to take our call, text or email. Because of their expertise in the area, we let them guide us on the price. We knew what the market was supporting, and they were right on target. Because of this, we had more than one offer and ended up accepting an offer within 4 weeks.
Where Marc and Amber really shined was with the closing process. When dealing with an older home, we had several problems arise as we navigated through the closing process. Each step of the way Marc and Amber took the time and effort to explain the issue, offer solutions, and even overseeing completion of contracts as repairs were needed to be performed. To have someone you could trust and confide with when you are thousands of miles away from the project, is invaluable.
In the end, as we reflected back on the entire sale, it was clear that our agents were more professional, had less errors and needed changes, and were more efficient than the buyer’s agent (which is our only other personal realty agent reference). And in the end, ended up saving us thousands in closing costs that were not expect.
I would recommend Marc and Amber White to anyone. I would follow them to another town or realtor if they left. Eliason Realty has the foresight to have the right agents on their team. Everyone in the office was great to work with and I could feel them smiling over the phone! Please consider Eliason Realty and Marc and Amber White for your next purchase or selling needs.
