        I called for an appointment with Mr. Burkett, the owner and drove five hours one way to make the noon connection and he was two hours late for the appointment. Since I see him in church each Sunday when I visit Eagle River I thought, "Gee it was likely an oversight, but I did it a second time and that time he just didn't show at all. Now he must be so embarrassed he won't even answer the phone or return a phone call. You need to find someone who does what they say they will do. Don't waste you time here. Curt Knapp, Illinois
