After taking my life at risk walking thru a pile of snow and ice (this was 2 wks after our big snow)from the parking lot to the unshoveled steps, I was attended by a very unhappy person. Picking up my dog, I noticed an uneven hair cut all over. Again the personnel was unfriendly and unsmiling. When I got him home, I saw the shaving they did on his tummy was very irregular. 2 days later he had 6 red places on his tummy he was licking at ( cut too close or rash?). This dog has had grooming for years and never had an experience like this. Will not be going back to this nightmare. They need to get a new job!! Something where they don't have to deal with customers and treat doggies unkindly.

We had a great experience getting our dogs nails trimmed! She was super fast and their nails were trimmed very short! Will be coming here from now on.

Made an appointment with them for the first time. The groomer we were scheduled with quit and no one contacted us. Then they needed to cancel my rescheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances and the owner was horribly rude. I would not take my dog there. If they treat people like that, how would they treat your dog ???
