        i wish i could give you 0- but it does not exist. Insurance payed off the loan after total loss. Bmo still did not updated yet. Excuses are "we still did receive the check yet". I have a fed ex confirmation. They received 2 month ago!!! Next time when i purchase a car, I will go with big banks!!! the worst customer experience!!!!
