        There is a teller who works here with such an uninviting demeanor. She doesnt say hello she doesnt say goodbye she just does her transaction and looks at you all awkward. I dont like this branch because of it. Unfortunately this branch is the closest one to me so 90% of the time Im dealing with her and its a bit frustrating.

        Prematurely closed my account because they sent me a letter that my account was inactive. They didn't tell me how to keep it active so I assumed they meant I haven't logged in in a while. So I login everyday since I got the letter and then they shutdown my account. Refused to acknowledge they sent me the letter or that the letter was ambiguous, were very passive aggressive when I went to go close my account. I beg you guys to go to a different bank. Their rates are terrible anyhow!!!
