T-Mobile

Liars! Having technical issues with a phone, their support says I need to do a warranty exchange. I call twice to confirm they have the phone, and I'm told both times. As soon as I walk through the door they're telling me they'll have to order it. I'm a truck driver. I'll be in and out of Minnesota tomorrow. No telling when I'll be still long enough for this nonsense, and it's lovely to get jerked around by every T-Mobile location I can find.

I was always unhappy with the service at this location when it was Sprint! I used to drive to the Janesville store! I'm so glad to have T mobile now, and I was reluctant to switch. I have received amazing service here! They are always busy and short staffed, but the customer service is outstanding! Ashley was with a customer today but still got me in and out quickly! And she knows her stuff! I don't have to drive to a larger city anymore! Thanks Ashley and T mobile of Beloit!

Came in because my phone wasn't working correctly. Jordan greeted me and was wonderful! She got my phone fixed for me and explained my bill to me perfectly! I highly recommend Jordan!
