Scott from beloit location is simply the BEST helped me out when I most needed it Saved me a bunch of money and got me the best deal been dealing with scott for 3 years and wont deal with anybody else

I was traveling through Beloit on my way to New York and had to get a new phone for the one I had lost. Want to say that Ron and LaRon went above and beyond to get me all set up. Absolutely the most professional and helpful two guys Ive ever experienced in customer service. Great job guys. Will be back.

Scott was extremely helpful and professional when I upgraded to a new phone. He took the time to explain everything, helped us get a better plan and made sure my new phone was running perfectly. It was hands down the best experience we have ever had with Verizon and we have been customers for a long time! We highly recommend this location.
