Worst customer service of my life. Was in the store wi thg my girlfriend to browse since the sign said store closing everything for sale including fixtures. My gf fell in love with a necklace tree they had but during this time members of the staff were on the phone with their mom asking her to buy it she said no. So when we asked to buy it they were like oh no we cant sell that we have to wait till the store closes...uve sold almost every other fixture but just making people pick them up at a later time as we were gonna do but they told us oh my mom might buy it... are u kidding me it's no surprise at all this store is closing i hope the manager or owner of the store realizes the way their employees are treating customers. Would love to hear back from a manager or owner to see why if not I will never step foot in another apricot lane boutique in my life

I shopped here on black friday for my daughter's holiday presents. Upon trying to return a few of the items today with the receipt and tags on and in the original bag... It was a reasonable return in terms of retail which was further confirmed after visiting gap and Adidas where the expected results were produced...I got a return. However, here...they followed their unexpected policy of the customer needing to prove it was a gift by producing the gift receipts in addition to the original receipts. In terms of customer service practice, it was wrong, I bought it a month ago on black friday, it was clearly a gift for a teen and all of it was unworn / untouched and now I can't even get a store credit so she can pick something out she prefers. Buyer beware. I certainly learned my lesson. I'm giving it 2 stars and not 1 because I used to like it so much! Sad to delete it from the options for my teen but... yep. onward
