Not sure why this store closed because they had a very good selection of appliances and very helpful and friendly staff.

The only reason I give them a 2 is for the price. Unsurprisingly their Wisconsin stores are closing. I arranged delivery of my 4 items (oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher) the day I moved into my new house. Upon delivery, the refrigerator was damaged so badly I refused its delivery. Driver was very nice and helpful. Had to go all weekend living out of a cooler. Nothing given for the inconvenience. Called customer service because the next delivery (Monday 9am-noon) did not work for me, no help and no condolences. I will not be a return customer, and not just because they are closing.

I purchased a washer and dryer. I was promised delivery. I called twice the week of delivery and told no problems. The day before delivery I was informed they did not have the washer I had purchased two weeks previously.
