Joel was great at listening to my needs and answering my questions. He suggested some different units. Joel said his technician goes through each machine to make sure it is operating correctly. Joel offers a warranty should anything go wrong. The warranty on the receipt is clearly spelled out and he explains it. I purchased a dryer and it is working fine. Thanks for your help Joel.

Joel is an arrogant disrespectful a** to be perfectly honest. I definitely decided to go another route due his behavior. Saying hed sell the model I was looking at to someone who actually knows what they are looking at despite me, acknowledging that I have a lack of knowledge when it comes to appliances. Just plain rude and very entitled not sure why but Id thought I would share to help others avoid this kind of absurd treatment from a business!

What a great place. The employees are knowledgeable, nice and helpful. I actually had a top loading Speed Queen washing machine I was going to buy new for $1300 . Speed Queens are the best I have read. Other less expensive ones I had looked at are only built to last maybe 7 years, this I heard from allot of sales people. So I stopped in at Budget Preowned Appliance, because I was having a hard time spending that much money on a washing machine. At Budget Appliance I found a direct drive motor Admiral washing machine for $300.00. I love it. It works great and does not take as long to wash as my previous washer. I would really suggest before you buy a new appliance to check them out, they give you a 30 day warranty too.
