They are replacing a gas line above my house. There were rocks falling from 100+ feet more than 5-6 inches. They told me they were with the gas company, I called the gas company only to find out this is the actual company. The owner removed the rocks from my property while i was in my house on the phone with the gas company. When the gas company arrived the owner came down& explained what was going on.. I asked who removed the rocks & the owner of this company came down yelling .. being completely rude & picked up the large rock that someone picked up off my drive way & hide it behind a tree on our hill. He was yelling, rude & then other members of the crew chimed in yelling. Completely unprofessional & would not recommend! I asked the owner of the property who is paying them if this was acceptable behavior & he said NO!

These guys are great! I moved into my house about 2 months ago and I’ve been having issues with plumbing, Charlie and John have been awesome working with me and the warranty company trying to get the issues resolved. Do yourself a favor and go to them for any HVAC or Plumbing needs.

This company is an absolute joke, and I would give negative stars if I could. They were the assigned contractor by our home warranty company to fix a leaking pipe that ultimately resulted in a hole in the ceiling above our entryway, they didnt show up when they were initially assigned, but when someone finally did he ripped surrounding parts of my ceiling down from around the hole and stated he wasn't quite sure what the issue was - so he would have to inquire with a fellow coworker that is more well versed with HVAC dilemmas, but we would hear back from him again later that evening, needless to say we never heard back from him again that evening or the next day or the day after that or that or again at all until despite my husband and I both leaving numerous messages with both Wilson Mechanical and First American Home Warranty- when someone did finally come they hastily arrived claimed they wrapped some pipes in our attic and believed that should address the leaking issue, but that they would be back in contact just to be sure. WE NEVER HEARD FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN, and the pipe continues to leak and the hole is only worsening. Their voicemail box is now always full, which attests to how rottenly unresponsive they are - evidently the warranty company can't get ahold of them either as they are always awaiting them to contact them. Thankfully we have finally been granted permission to seek out our own contractor, do yourself a favor and save yourself a lot of grief and additional damage to your property, and avoid this company if you can - unfortunately we didn't have that option with going through the home warranty company.
