Breathebetter Carpet & Duct Cleaning

After a week of just trying to get ahold of someone who could give me any details on their dryer duct cleaning service and never having any of my calls returned, I finally was able to get an appointment scheduled. I took off half a day of work to be available in case they had any questions, but they never showed up. I called the dispatcher to see where they were and was told they would contact the technician and call me right back. After a while of hearing nothing, I called back and was told they left the tech a message and were waiting on a reply. I tried calling back a few hours later for an update and they just hung up on me after a couple of rings, presumably because they recognized the phone number. It is now over 6 hours past my appointment time, having now lost a full day of work, and I am still unable to get so much as a warm body on the phone. I've already contacted someone else to come and do the work they can't be bothered to show up for. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Avoid at all costs.
