        I cant say enough good things about the new manager at this location. She went out of her way to help my granddaughter and I, was very kind. I will be returning to work with her in the future. Thank you very much.

        The manager was so rude they tried to sell me a different I didn't want without me knowing it because it cost more money. When I noticed it she started yelling and tried to convince me it was the same monthly payment. That was the point where she started yelling I asked for the name of her general manager she wouldn't give it to me.This manager wouldn't give me her name and told me to leave.I was blow away by the poor service I received from that establishment.

        I wanna say how grateful & thankful for the 2 employees @ this location. Josh & Whistler-manager. I had problems with my phone & could not resolve them! They went out of their way to help! They are 2 great employees! I give them 10/10 STARS!! All companies should have employees like these 2 Thank you Both!

        I had a few questions about my bill and went in to talk to an employee about it. When I arrived no one asked if I needed help, I had to approach someone. I began explaining my issue and he stated that it took three months for the credit to go onto my account. It had been more than three months so I attempted to say that and he exclaimed If you would let me finish. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service to say the least. I would recommend not going to this location if you need help.
