      image We went to the AT&T store because we wanted a more reliable service and a new phone. We were helped by Matt. He is very knowledgeable and patient! We tried porting a number from the other carrier and it took 2 days and we ended up not getting to because the other carrier would not allow us to speak to a person! Thank you, Matt!
