David was amazing today! My husband and I have been wanting to trade our phones in for some time now. Both of our phones were outdated and we had been having some trouble with both of them. I never have the best luck when trading in my phones but today was a different experience. David was on top of it and let us know every single offer available. He was so quick to get us exactly what we wanted. He made sure we have all the new promotions and gave us advice on all plans and options they have to offer. He showed us all of the cases, screen protectors, and available accessories they offer her at Verizon. We were able to both get the color phone we wanted while also having other options to choose from. We had been wanting to get an IPad for our middle son for a while now and David made that choice easy for us today. So not only are we leaving with two brand new phones but we also will have a brand new iPad that will save us the hassle of letting our kids on our phones and using hotspot. We were able to get a good deal on our Apple Music, the Disney plus bundle, and the Netflix and HBO MAX. The deals were great and fit our budget perfectly! I am so happy with our service provided by David today and would recommend him for all your phone needs!

Just wanted to take a moment and share my thoughts about my switch to Verizon. Myself and my teenage daughter had just been through a very embarrassing and stressful situation with my previous carrier that left us feeling hopeless. After 3 years of loyalty and paying my bills on time every month I was misquoted on the price of an upgrade for myself and my daughter (her phone had broke the beginning of the month) and I was forced to not only take her brand new phone & return it and choose a lesser model but they were only willing to upgrade the one line and was going to leave me with my older model and charge me a very expensive bill every month. So I refused and set out in hopes to find a carrier that might give us a reasonable price on two lines and two new phones. I walked in Verizon bewildered and defeated by my previous experience in the week and this amazing gentleman walked right up to us and carefully listened as I poured my heart out about what had transpired with my current cell provider and he said Ms, take a seat Ill be right back and well find something that works for you. He had a genuine smile and we could tell he genuinely wanted to solve our problem. In 30 minutes we both had brand new phones, great service plan, iPhone protection and HE DID EVERYTHING. He contacted the previous provider got our numbers transferred and and went over the numbers from start up to my monthly payments easily, efficiently and in a manner I could understand. He also left his work number so if at anytime I have questions or issues I can contact him directly to figure things out. Ive never had such a pleasant experience in cell service, I was dreading it so badly because its easy to get trapped in something you dont need or understand. Not at Verizon and not with Manny he was AMAZING and I am so glad to be a part of the Verizon network!! Thank you Verizon & thank you Manny!!
