I had a very bad experience when trying to get propane filled. The guy working the counter was just rude and treated me like i was dumb for missing a sign on the door. He actually said didnt you see the sign we havent filled propane for 2 weeks. Idk if he was having a bad day but I dont enjoy being talked down especially
because accidents happen. Missing a sign is no big and he could have handled the situation any other way and it would have been fine. I would never return and will actively reccomend any other service to friends and family.

Great employees here. Super friendly & helpful. They're quick to help you out. Probably the best Uhaul location around. Manager apparently knows what he/she is doing. Well run place. Employees make an effort to make sure your U-Box is secured. For U-Haul, West Side is the best side!

Poor service when I had issues and when I returned. The pickup went well but after that it was all downhill. Go to another location nearby.
