        Renting a unit here has been a massive headache. First off I got charged 7 times on my card because of an issue with the kiosk, with witch I still haven't received a refund for 5 days later totaling over $1000. Secondly the first unit I was assigned had no power in the building so no heat or lights so i had to call to be moved elsewhere. After all this trouble and no refund yet for the over charges I was offered half off the second month's rent (not even the first)which is starting to look like an insult for the trouble and phone calls I've had to make not to mention 3 trips up before I could even store anything. They are clearly working through a host of problems at this facility. If you don't want the trouble I suggest you try somewhere else.
