A good GameStop to visit if your nearby, I live closer to the one at pullman square but was up at target or 02 vapor several times at merits Creek n this one has pretty much he everything all other game stops has, staff I's very helpful polite and courteous, only difference is employees know and call me by first name and treat me like family but that's because it's the closest game stop to me and my most frequently visited...

Really nice staff but they managed to mess up my paid subscription both charging it for me but failing to put my info in correctly. Apparently GameStop doesn't have the ability to look up by credit card like most stores, or they are refusing. However unwilling to correct their mistake in anyway I had to charge back the store. I guess taking me word on a 15$ charge was too much to ask, just like having a useful pos system. I want to like the store, I used to love browsing video game stores before game stop killed then off. Personally I'm done with GameStop they honestly provide nothing that someone else doesn't do better. Stealing from me was the last straw. Do with this as you will. The staff are extremely nice and good conversationalists. Their talent is wasted on this garbage corporation. I can not think of a single reason to buy at GameStop over Amazon or the nearby target.
