Sue at Karen Kiemele's office has guided me through several tricky homeowner's and auto insurance issues recently. I highly recommend working with Sue and this office!

Would give 0 stars if possible. My grandfather and I walked in to ask some questions and Sue the receptionist was extremely rude from the moment she greeted us. Not a very warm environment and was talked to in a rude, and harsh tone. Although they are going to try and smooth things over, I cannot help but feel that she felt we were just a bug on her windshield. I have NEVER experienced someone with that terrible of customer service skills.
