I have had nothing but the best experience with my agent Tina Vlachos. I have my car insurance and Homeowners insurance through AmFam. Whenever I have a question about my billing, my policy details, etc. I shoot Tina an email. It is amazing how quickly she responds. She literally responded within 15 minutes after 7pm yesterday. I had some questions and needed clarification on the charges after adding my wife's new car to my policy. She answered my question, making sure to be very thorough so that I completely understood the numbers. I have had the chance to change insurance providers, but instead I have actually added my wife to my policy after my experience with her insurance company.
