Didn't like anything about it. I spent $70 on a boutique and it was garbage go somewhere else!!!

ordered premium, got less than standard. flower arranger thought it looked fine. never ever again. please take this review to heart or be prepared to be disappointed

Last year I stopped in here to purchase a wrist corsage for my daughter's senior prom, and was told they couldn't do it without more notice. The lady was rude and very unprofessional. I decided to give them another opportunity this year for my son's junior prom. I inquired about ordering a wrist corsage and boutonniere 5 days in advance. The 3 decorators in the back were all very friendly, but advised me the owner was not taking prom orders because it was the day before Mother's Day. She said I was welcome to talk to the owners son at the front desk. I proceeded to ask owners son about ordering the items and picking them up on Friday, considering the holiday situation. He proceeded to tell me they would have to charge me double the normal price, because they have to pay overtime to make them. A wrist corsage would be about $50 and a boutonniere would be $25! Seriously?! I declined and informed him this was my 2nd bad experience with his, or actually his mom's, shop. I will NEVER step foot in there again. Rude and professional owners. Staff was friendly, but it's too bad the owner's don't have any customer service skills. I made a call to KEL'S FLOWER & GIFTS. They were friendly and helpful AND able to take my order over the phone. They reassured me they've been making prom items for years, even though it is a holiday weekend.

This will be a strange review.  So, my mom passed away and a family member was sending me flowers to let me know I had their support even though they were out of the area.  They evidently got ahold of Shields Floral since they called me to find out where I live in Camas.  I explained that we were rural (East Clark County) to the lady that called from Shields and when she found out where we were this is the repsonse, "Oh, that is too far for me to pay my driver to go and only charge a $10 delivery fee.  I will need to decline the order."  Really? My mom just passed away and she is complaining about a lousy $10 delivery fee and paying her driver??  If she cannot afford to drive to my home from Hazel Dell then maybe she shouldn't be in business.  $20 is evidently a lot to spend for delivery of a floral arrangement to a family that just lost its Mom and Clark County is not that big with the little amount of traffic we have.
